The exhibit, a Lewisville Heritage Project event, will be accessible to the public from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A new display at the Lewisville Visitor Information Center, 247 W. Main Street, explores the evolution of Lewisville schools from a group of isolated rural schools scattered over the plains in the 1840s to Lewisville ISD, which now enrolls 50,000 students.
Visitors will be permitted to write notes on the blackboard walls of this display as a means to express their pleasure in Lewisville ISD, which makes it special.
